Yesterday we celebrated our 2nd anniversary. It's been quite a year!
To recap, in January we moved into our first purchased home in Irvine together. April 19 became an unforgettable date when we welcomed our most precious baby boy into this world. We celebrated his birth and Baptism with our family and friends a few weeks after. Other highlights include travelinh to Northern California for Courtney and Phil's wedding, Cabo San Lucas for Tom and Judy's 40th anniversary and spending a fun weekend in Big Bear with friends. We celebrated many of Dominic's "firsts"-- his first fall, first Disneyland trip, first Thanksgiving, first Christmas and more... And of course our move to Australia has already proven to be a memorable experience.
Our family is not the only thing that has grown. In this past year our love and relationship have deepened in ways I could have never imagined. I absolutely love being married to my best friend, and cannot wait to see what else God has in store for us!
To celebrate our anniversary, we enjoyed a delicious chocolate cake and joined the"Australia Day" festivities. Who knew that we were married on Australia Day!
