We started our adventures with a walk to St. Kilda Beach for gelato and sightseeing.
The boys celebrated their Australian Easter with Vegemite on toast. Vegemite is a "yeast extract" that has become a very popular spread in Australia. I haven't met too many "foreigners" who like it...

Our roadtrip down the Great Ocean Road was my favorite part of the week. The Great Ocean road is Australia's version of the Pacific Coast highway. We saw some beautiful sights!
I am not sure what is harder to get used to: driving on the left side of the road, or sitting on the right side of the car!

We couldn't believe that Robyn spotted this wild koala while we were driving! He was so cute!
Torquay Beach
Here we are in front of one of the Twelve Apostles. I can't believe it took us 4 months to get here- it is honestly worth a trip to Australia just to witness this beautiful natural landscape. We got a little carried away taking photos...

This is a photo of an aboriginal Australia meal we shared. It included kangaroo sausage, duck and pork sausage, alligator tail ceviche and calamari marinated with indigenous plants and spices. We all agreed that the roo was our favorite!
