With all of the condo showings we've been having, we felt especially eager this summer to get away for a family vacation.
We had an amazing time-- we are so blessed with my family's cabin in the nearby mountains!
We started out by sharing a great weekend with some good friends. Besides just enjoying each other's company, we delighted in some time out on the lake, several (entertaining) "Just Dance" wii tournaments, ice cream in downtown Big Bear, delicious meals, campfire music, hiking and some great discussion and prayer. We even had a bear sighting!!

You have no idea how happy it makes me that we actually took a group photo.
We had a blast!!
We decided to stay up for an entire week following this great weekend. More photos to come...
