I love taking long drives to look at Christmas lights.
We blast Christmas carols and enjoy seeing this sights through the eyes of our sweet boys. Gabriel has been especially cute, having mastered "Oooh and Aaah" sounds, as we drive through decorated neighborhoods.
This year it is especially exciting, in anticipation for our first house. Maybe I should start making sketches, based on the fantastic ideas we saw in South County!
Irvine seems to get a little darker each year, due to a changing demographic. We already plan on making our home very bright, perhaps even a little obnoxious!
I took this adorable photo while we were heading home from our light expedition... I guess this time of year can be a little exhausting!
