Since we have been holding off on Christmas mass until the morning of, our Christmas eve celebration is typically low-key. We decorate our tree and spend the day cleaning and cooking (and sometimes going into labor).
We were excited to find out that dear friends of ours also had little to do that evening. They joined us for roasted ham sandwiches and a Christmas carol JAM session. Our carolers-in-training had a very good time.
Maybe next year we will take them door-to-door!
