Since we are staying put for some time, we've decided to work on a few home projects to help maximize the space we have. First, I reorganized our coat closet and added a great shelving unit inside so that it can now also serve as a pantry. This turned out really well and is already proving to be very useful!
We've also added more shelving and storage boxes to the garage so that everything is a little more accessible. We spent a weekend going through some of our unused things to either donate or sell. Thanks to Craigslist, we actually ended up pocketing quite a bit of cash after this project!
One of my favorite projects we worked on was the boys' room. We had turned our crib into a toddler bed for Dominic, but are starting to need a space to put our growing Gabriel down for naps (he spends his nights with us in a cosleeper bassinet). We decided to put the crib back together and purchase an adorable bunk bed set! This change has officially converted our nursery into a little boys room... And seriously, can somebody tell them to stop getting so big so fast?
