I am sure that Michael and I are not the first couple to register for a few "fun items". Michael's choice was a pasta making attachment for our Stand Mixer. For six and a half years now, my dear husband has been talking about making pasta from scratch... but the attachment has remained in the box.
Last weekend Judy and Michael's Aunt Barbara came for a visit to Irvine to celebrate our nephew's high school graduation. Michael took the opportunity to ask Judy and Barbara to help him with his pasta project!
Not only did they make homemade pasta, they also cooked up a delicious pot of tomato sauce and a batch of meatballs.
The meal turned out incredible. So delicious. I wish you could scratch-and-sniff blogs because it smelled amazing as well.
